Please note the SEVEN indexes highlighted in bold-face type in Exhibit 1 will be postponed one week until Monday, April 9, 2007, per the data source. The remaining nine indexes will be disseminated as originally scheduled. Beginning Monday, April 2, 2007, CME^® will begin disseminating the sixteen new indexes listed in Exhibit 1, attached. These indexes will be transmitted every 15 seconds, with an Exchange Code of “M” via Channel 3 of CME’s MDP. The usual display fees for S&P Index data will not apply to any display of these Indices, whether made to individual subscribers or on public websites. For all other S&P Indices the standard fees apply. This waiver is effective immediately until further notice from CME. Note: There will be no corresponding futures contracts listed at this time.
